JSO Digital took down to the rafters, and completely rebuilt, the digital experience for one of Ohio’s best injury law firms – Dyer, Garofalo, Mann & Schultz (aka “Ohio Tiger”).
As a firm with a long track record of success, the Tiger lawyer needed to restore its “digital roar.” A series of development challenges and missteps had left the site slow, bulky, hard to use, and bleeding traffic. JSO Digital helped to completely rebuild the architecture, content library, design, and brand positioning. The goal was to capture the long history of the Firm, its significant involvement in the community, and to organize a library of content around its core practice areas, while improving the site’s lagging conversion rate.
We dove into Google Analytics to identify pages that could be salvaged, and helped the Firm rebuild from scratch the rest of the content library as well as the site architecture. We used a series of WordPress custom blocks to drop conversion focused features throughout the site, improved trust signals site wide, and were ruthless with code so as to achieve strong site speed metrics. The color scheme and design were made to comply with ADA guidelines.
A total brand refresh, new extensive content library and a speed score of 100 on desktop and 95 on mobile, even with chat features and a sticky call to action navigation.
